The war is ended.
Reconstruction begins…

The war with Brother Eye is ended and Neo-Gotham is the single remaining civilized city with thousands of refugees at its door. Adventuring beyond the limits of Neo-Gotham to figure out what’s left of Metropolis, Batman runs into The Splicers, a fan-favorite bunch of criminals from the original Batman Beyond animated series.

He wins the fight of his life, but Tim Drake is still a man missing in time. Thanks to the sacrifices of innumerable heroes, he was capable to free Earth from the cybernetic danger of Brother Eye. And with Bruce Wayne and Terry McGinnis gone, the responsibility of the Batman is his. Trapped in a bizarre future, he has to defend Neo-Gotham as it becomes an attraction for refugees from the rest of the devastate world.

As tensions go up and blood is shed, this new Batman has an even more imperative mission. With the power ring of the last Green Lantern, the brother of Terry, Matt has set off for the remains of the once-great city of Metropolis, hoping to use the powers of the ring to release the forces of justice once more. But Batman must track him down before he without knowing unleashes a new malevolence upon an already overwhelmed world!

Is this the crack of dawn of a new Justice League or the finish of the world as we know it?
