Scott Snyder (Author), Greg Capullo (Illustrator) and Danny Mikki (Illustrator) presents a scenario where Gotham City is got some bad seeds that require plucking, but Batman is not answering the batsignal any longer. Very bad timing, as Gotham requests its cape supporter because somebody is peddling superpower yielding seeds. Without doubt the city needs helps that is why the commissioner Jim Gordon is the new Batman.

Subsequent the vanishing and supposed death of Batman, ex- police commissioner Jim Gordon has been called to take on the legacy of the Dark Knight and become the successor of the protector of Gotham City. In collaboration with the local government and technically supported by in recent times acquired Wayne Enterprises, the 46 year old marine gets prepared to battle crime as a new kind of Batman.

But although the name and what it stands for stay the same, this new Batman is distant from just a copy of the original. Patrolling the city in an enormous high tech Bat suit, Gordon is no shadowy vigilante. He has the complete collaboration of the G.C.P.D. and the Mayor, plus a multi million dollar financial plan from Powers International.
 
However, will a luxurious costume be enough to stop the strange, weed like Mr. Bloom previous to his lethal plans for the Gotham City take root? This is the main question of this great comic book. And the answer is…
