This issue of the collection of Green Arrow comic book is a master piece of Mike Grell in collaboration whit Denys B. Cowan and Rick Hoberg. In a spectacular way the authors presents political issues that are common to this day.
In this volume the hero of Seattle City is trying to find his true value as a person and leave his city to do it. Recently Oliver Queen has confronted serious accusations of treason against his state and he achievement get out of this situation whit his name and reputation clear. Regardless of his innocence, the Green Arrow is overwhelmed by the ill feeling created by fake publicity. Hopeless and depressed, he finds himself consumed with desire to travel. He decided to explore the world, and to once again find the meaning in himself.
At the beginning of his travel around the world, Oliver came arrives to Canada. He starts to work as a stunt coordinator on a rural set of a Hollywood film. The location of the action movie is in a ground of stone obelisks and in the domain of the Maasai. During a normal day of work in the set suddenly someone shot to Oliver and this act gets free the real action in this comic book.
